Shipping policy

At Straight Path, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the date you placed your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the order placement date.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• A valid proof of order number is required.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will provide return instructions and the address for returning your item(s).
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
